Almond Milk, Good Skin Food

Research shows dairy is highly inflammatory, which means it will aggravate acne, wrinkles, and rashes. When you drink coffee or pour a bowl of whole grain cereal, I recommend using a non-dairy milk, like unsweetened almond milk.
